I guess I'm having a little rebound gain today. For me, that usually happens after a few days of good losses. I'm used to that now. When your body losses weight so fast, it will temporarily fill your fat cells with water... then WOOSH! It gets passed out with the rest of the waist.

It's either that or the fact that I didn't get enough calories yesterday. Dr S. mentions not to worry about a .2 gain, so I won't.

Nakia stayed the same & that's good because it means he's stabilizing. He went to see a cardiac specialist yesterday to make sure the pain in his chest has nothing to do with his heart & they haven't found anything. We both think its just a muscle strain, but he just wanted to be safe.

Both of my friends that are on the protocol right now are doing great. 1 has 9 lbs to lose and just started her 2nd 21 day round this past weekend so I'm sure she'll reach her goal this round. That's exciting. My other friend is having 1.5 and 2 lb losses everyday and she's on day 25 too, so she's doing fantastic!

************UPDATE**************
For some reason I am really REALLY happy today. I was just thinking about all the things in my life that I’m grateful for and I really have A LOT to be grateful for! My husband is by far at the top of that list…. I have a man that is so thoughtful and loving. I couldn’t ask for a better partner. I have a stable job that I actually like to do & we are pretty comfortable in an unstable economy. I have also stumbled on the best kept secret on weight loss that I’ve ever known of and my hubby and I are almost to our goals! I am just really happy about all of that... plus we’re about to go on vacation with one of my best friends & we are gonna turn that place out!!! I feel really good today and it’s gonna be a good day.

M - Girl... he'd be lost! but isn't that always the case with husbands? LOL He's my rock too so it all evens itself out cus I'd be sooo lost without him.

Biz - you know it. He's so surprised that I was right about the reasons he gained. I don't think men really think they are affected by water weight gain.

Honey I am so happy for you! It looks like you have truly found your twin soul and your "niche" in life. It'll only keep getting better and better if you keep that awesome attitude! <3

Awww, your gratitude is so sweet! I'm happy for you, too! I also have one of those exceptionally wonderful husbands and it just makes life good.

I'm glad to hear you say that you've come to expect stalls and rebound gains. They still freak me out and I'm finding myself afraid to eat what I know I'm allowed in order to try to avoid them. I'll try to keep the 'WOOSH' theory first in my mind this week when I get on the scale! ~Gina
