.1... what is that about?! I'm still doing well on average compared to my previous rounds though, so I'm not sweating it, but I know I must be due for a big loss soon... hopefully. It would just be nice to see.
Nakia had a significant gain today, but he's back within the 2 lb threshold so it's no biggie. 1.6 below LIW is really great, but I know he'll probably eat lightly today because of the gain.
Biz - You've inspired me to go through the rest of this round without beef.... just fish and chicken & more on the fish side. I don't think I could do what you're doing, but beef hasn't been my friend on P2 so I can do without it.
I asked this on your blog, but you say you only had 750 cals. How many daily calories are you going for during this round?

Hi Monica,
You are such and inspiration, I love your attitude this is your 4th round so you know the ropes, I get so frustrated if I don't see pounds melting. I and your meals sound yummie I need to get more creative.
I was thinking about doing some beef or veal (veal is ok right), but I am a little afraid to do beef why I don't know. I guess because I have done nothing but fish and chicken for the past 14 days I am afraid beef would be to heavy on my tummy...
How does one loss more then a pound a day does that mean more water?
I am actually trying to hit 1500 and I can't. The most I have gotten to so far is 1200 - there is a theory hooked up with this that I am working on. If you want to be a part of a little experimental group, just let me know. You don't have to do raw fish or eggs, it is just a way to get protein up quickly. But it does have to be 100% raw. Let me know - you know I am always looking for guinea pigs!
