Just another beautiful day in hcg world :) We're both doing great. Nakia started using his fitday account because he wants to keep a close eye on his calories... I think it's really because he doesn't believe me when I tell him how much food he can eat... LOL. Big thanks to Amie. She gave me a great idea when she posted about the un-wich at Jimmy John's. Today I sent Nakia to work with lettuce, grilled chicken, 1 slice each of ham and provolone & guacamole to make a chicken cordon bleu un-wich or lunch. Cool idea!

Oooh... & I made more chocolate almond meringues, but this time I folded in 3 chopped sugar free dark chocolate squares from Trader Joe's & only 1/2 T of cocoa powder.... I shouldn't have done that. Now I want to eat the whole batch! They are sooo good. The SF chocolate only adds 3 calories to each cookie. I know I won't get to eat that many though because Nakia will polish them off before I get to them again.

Dawn - Those treats are perfect for any chocolate craving that TOM might bring on. Go for it!
Do you like shrimp or lobster? You could do a whole lot with that too.

Biz - I saw that & I sent you an email... & I did slap him again :)

Amie - You are so very welcomed. Handle with care though... they could get addicting. I'm going to try them with lemon extract next. As far as the weekend goes... it's in the past. Today we start the clock for the rest of this round. Lets get this done girl!

Looks like you guys are doing pretty awesome with P3 so far :] I loved P3.... but alas am back on P2

When I was commenting on Amie's entry I noticed you had a "fix" for a major cheat... well I am pretty sure i was one of the people she was talking about in that entry that there was a lot of frustration in blogland... I had a pretty bad weekend protocol-wise.

Would you share with me this fix of hopes and dreams? I'd be forever indebted <3

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. I have asked to be part of the boot camp so I am excited.

I posted different questions to get to 15 posts and I think I made one of the main ladies mad. I didn't know that I could just comment on others. OOPS. I had a lady tell me to hurry and get 15 posts so I can join the group. I did ask questions that I really wanted to know. Oh well.

I am just waiting for them to approve me. Hopefully they will. Do you know how long it takes to be approved? I have been on the website all day long so I can learn as much as I can. Thanks again. I need help!! hahaha

Un-wiches are the BOMB! ;) I didn't realize what I was starting when I posted that link. I'm glad I did now, though. Tit for tat, because now I can eat meringues! Your meals sounds so delicious I need to move in with you and Nakia to learn these recipes. I just love reading your post as well as Amie's and Biz you three are my role models..BIG TIME for this Newbie. I just hope I can flow the way the three of you have.
